HOW TO COOK
- In a pressure cooker, add khichidi mix and water in the ratio of 1:5
- Add chopped vegetables as preferred. Carrots, beans, knolkol and peas go very well with this recipe
- Cook for 3 whistles (2 might suffice if cooking on slower flame)
- Add more water if you want a runny consistency
- Serve hot with ghee sprinkled on top.
