Traditionally, we use Jowar Flour to prepare sweets, savouries and Indian breads. To obtain this Millet Flour, we take the Whole grain Jowar, clean it, then dry it and finally grind in a grinding mill. During this process, we take care that the bran is not removed so we get unpolished, whole grain Flour.
